Grey Wind Capital, LLC (“GWC”) is an investment company formed to acquire and operate a small to medium sized privately-held business. Our team is made up of accomplished professional service individuals with experience in corporate law, investment banking, management consulting and entrepreneurship. GWC is seeking to identify, acquire, and eventually operate a private company with an enterprise value between $10 and $50 million. The target company will have stable recurring cash flows and meaningful growth potential. Our goal is to provide current business owners an attractive liquidity event, working closely with them to structure a transaction that best meets their financial and personal objectives. Upon acquisition, GWC will step in to manage the day-to-day operations of the company and carry on the company's culture and owner's legacy.
